The personal information you enter in your membership and your credit card information is used exclusively by Varvantakis Music Store for the completion of your order.

 

We ship orders on the same or the next 1-2 working days, when products are available.

ELTA Courier S.A. delivers in 1-2 working days inside the area of Attica and 3-4 working days outside the area of Attica.

The transportation of goods is the customer’s responsibility.

Pick up from Varvantakis Music store
You will receive an email when your order is ready. We only keep the products for one day. If you want to pick them up after 1-2 days you will have to pay the full amount of the order with your credit card or bank transfer.

 

Varvantakis Music Store is committed to providing the highest quality products, service and user experience for our customers. 

The product warranty is the one provided by the manufacturer of each product. 

Each manufacturer warrants the mechanical and electronic components of this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of  two years, (except Behringer products: one year) from the original date of retail purchase. 

Varvantakis Music Store asks that you retain your purchase receipt. This is the proof of your date of purchase from which the applicable Limited Warranty period shall begin to run. If you are unable to present your purchase receipt, Varvantakis Music Store cannot process your request for warranty repair as there is no proof that the claim is within the applicable warranty period.

 

Returned products must be sealed and in perfect condition, as shipped. No returns are accepted for Pre-Ordered products, Offers that are Out of Stock, microphones, pop filters, windscreens, wind instruments and pickups.

If you wish to return your order and get a refund it should be made within 15 days of the day you collected your order under the condition that the products have not been used and the package is sealed. 

The refund is made only after having products being checked by our company. No refunds for shipping costs.

If the payment is made by credit card then the refund is credited back within 3-5 working days after our command, depending the bank issuing your card.

If the payment is made in cash, the refund is made immediately when returning back the products.

If the payment is made on delivery, refund is taking place within 15 working days.

 

Any order can be changed or cancelled, up until the time of execution, either by telephone 2109330296 or email info@varvantakis.gr quoting your full name and order number. 

If your order is shipped, you will be charged all transportation costs. 

 

All prices include 24% VAT.
